Review:

This was so exciting and filled with so much suspense that I couldn't stop reading it. Case in point, I read this all in one day. It was just too good to put down.

Ophelia and the Marvelous Boy is a retelling of The Snow Queen by Hans Christian Andersen but it's told in such an amazing and interesting way that it's still holds true to the original story but also gives readers a wonderful new take on the classic tale.

This was a fast paced story that sweeps you into the mysterious world and museum that 11 years old Ophelia Jane Worthington-Whittard found herself in. I thought all the characters (including the evil Snow Queen) were interesting and well written and will stay in your head.

There were times when I was reading this that I kept rooting for Ophelia as well as hoping she wouldn't get caught as she ventured throughout the museum and as she was trying to help the Marvelous Boy. This was such a page-turner that I couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next.

Even though this is a children's book, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to read a spellbinding tale that will have you riveted to your seat.

I really enjoyed this story very much. It was simply amazing.
