Review:

This was good but there were just a few times when the dialogue didn't seem to work but the story was interesting.

The first volume follows teenager Rori Lane traveling to Japan to be reunited with her mother after Rori had been living for some time with her father in Ireland. As soon as she arrived, she started experiencing strange occurrences like seeing a glowing red line but it wasn't until she meets this strange cat girl Ayane that she got a first hand experience to seeing something supernatural when she saw Ayane fighting off three turtle guys.

That was just the beginning, then later on she met another super powered teen Shirai a student from her school who is not only super strong but he also eats spirits. While Shirai and Ayane were trying to fight off a strange skeletal ghost like being that had been attacking a boy, Rori was trying to make sure the boy was okay. After the creature was defeated, it turns out the boy, Nikaido was another super teen with psychic like abilities.

The four decided to try to figure out what was really going on with all the supernatural things happening in Japan. It turns out there's a big bad evil that's been stirred up believing a weaver has been interfering but unfortunately they believe Rori's mother was the one behind it.

After the team had been lured into a trap, Rori had to rush home once she realized her mother was in danger. This ends with an interesting cliffhanger and left me wondering what was going to happen next.

I love the artwork it was just so clear and vibrant. I also really like the characters they remind me of the Teen Titans. They're a little strange and weird but definitely fun. They're also are not going to back down from trying to help even if they are scared or afraid.

I'm glad I took a chance with reading this because it turned out to be a good read.
