Review:

I made a huge mistake of starting to read this while I was waiting for my friend to show up at the café. It was so funny I really didn't want to stop reading it once she showed up but as to not be rude, I put it away. But as soon as I got home I immediately had to finish reading it.

Heart and Brain is a funny (and surprisingly rather inspirational and philosophical) comic that follows the impulsive and free-spirited Heart and the analytical and worrisome Brain of Lars The Awkward Yeti as they go from one situation to the next.

Brain is always trying to do the right thing (well at least talking about it) but he also spends quite a bit of time contemplating about life while Heart is too busy living in the moment and having a fun time. Brain is always worrying about the finances but with Heart around constantly buying stuff it doesn't look like they will ever get out of debt. Brain also pesters Lars and Heart with his worrying including keeping Lars up at night instead of letting him sleep.

This is an adorable and funny comic that was a joy to read. The interaction between Heart and Brain was great because you get to see how these complete opposites work together as well as be friends.

I love reading comics but I don't read a lot of webcomics which is why I'm glad that so many of them are eventually turned into books. It will give more readers a chance find and read them.
