Review:

This first volume of this all ages comic features nine stories (six full stories and three short stories) which shows a very funny look at the ongoing fight between the birds and the pigs.

1st Story: Bomb Hiccups

In this story, Bomb has a bad case of the hiccups and kept exploding despite all the other birds trying help cure him.

2nd Story: Propiganda

The pigs staged an ambush but instead of dropping bombs on the birds they dropped packages filled with candy and various pictures. The pictures showed the birds different things which the pigs hope would cause suspension and a division among the birds.

Short Story: Let it Bee

In this story, the pigs find a vacuum cleaner and plan to use it get the birds eggs. But thanks to the triplets over hearing the pigs plan, the birds were ready for them.

3rd Story: Piggyland

The birds visit Piggyland, a new theme park but the pigs have an ulterior motive for keeping the pigs there all day.

4th Story: A Little Off The Top

The Pig King starts a new fashion trend that has all the pigs so eager to be a part of it that they miss an opportunity to grab the birds' eggs.

5th Story: Static Cling

The pigs use a weather machine against the birds leaving the birds to come up with a plan but some how it backfires. Having the birds to improvise on their plan.

Short Story: Last One In!

The birds enjoy a day relaxing but the day does stay relaxing for long.

6th Story: The Green Rookie

After the triplets accidentally spray Red with green spray paint. He uses it as a disguise to sneak and get the eggs that the pigs took from them but first he has to try to survive training camp.

Short Story: Peak Beak

The triplets go hiking with Hal whose long beak turns out to be rather useful.

This was a fun read and I love the bright and colorful illustrations. Whether you're a fan of the game or have never played it, this is an enjoyable book to read. The easy to follow stories are perfect for kids and will have them laughing as the birds and pigs continue their adventures.
