Book Review: Forever Evil: A.R.G.U.S. #3 (New 52)

Book: Forever Evil: A.R.G.U.S. #3 (of 6) by Sterling Gates with illustration by Neil Edwards and ink by Jason Paz and Jay Leisten

Rating: 4 1/2 stars

Review:

Forever Evil: A.R.G.U.S. keep getting better and better. In the third issue, Steve Trevor is still on his quest to find the missing heroes but not before making a deal with the Morai witches to help with locating them. I'm sure that's going to backfire on Steve at some later point.

A clue he got from the witches sent him off to see a scientist who was at that moment being attacked by Killer Frost. Meanwhile, Etta Candy who was in the protective green room where she assigned to protect the President (from issue #2) found herself in the middle of a discovery. It seems there's more to A.R.G.U.S. than imagined.

Doctor Light continues to bounce around from place to place trying to get help and to see his family but in his unstable condition it's only making things worse. However, it looks like he may get help from an interested party but is it too good to be true.

I love that this miniseries gives us glimpses into Steve Trevor and Wonder Woman's relationship or past relationship. You get to see why they are so great together.

This is another well written issue with great artwork. I think it's cool that Steve Trevor is given the spotlight with this miniseries. He's a great character and Steve Trevor fans should be thanking Sterling Gates for writing this awesome miniseries.
