Review:

The Fuse is a sci-fi murder mystery. When detective Ralph Dietrich a new arrival to The Fuse which is an orbital space station, he immediately finds himself involved in a case, a woman found shot. He is then quickly introduced to his new partner Ristovych, she's a hard boiled detectives who is a little rough around the edges but good at what she does. It turns out the murdered woman was homeless (or a cabler as they are called in this story). Some time later, another homeless man was found murdered near city hall. Is there a connection between the two victims?

With two murders to solve the detectives have their work cut out for them but things get even more difficult when they find out that there is a connection between the two victims and the mayor who is running for re-election.

This was a nice solid mystery with various twists and turns but I do wish the artwork could have been a little better. Sometimes the characters looked like vampires and zombies instead of regular looking humans. There were also times the story was a little slow moving but other than those two things this was a good read.

There was also an interesting twist at the end with detective Dietrich, which has me wondering what that was all about.
