Review:

This was not exactly the best story. It was a very generic sword and sorcery story with Conan and Red Sonja hired to defeat a wizard but wind up unexpectedly fighting an old enemy they thought to be dead. I found the writing to be very clunky and the dialogue as equally bad with the artwork being okay.

The title maybe Red Sonja/Conan but Conan got the top billing in this story with more to do and a better portrayal. However, that doesn't necessarily mean it was a good one just better when compared to Sonja's portrayal. Meanwhile, Sonja appeared out of character, instead of being headstrong and intelligent, she constantly defers to Conan's lead. It wasn't until the end that she made a decision about something.

I wish this had been a better written and more interesting story. Conan and Red Sonja are two of the most fiercest warriors and they deserved a better story than this.
