This picture of Dinah and Helena B is amazing. I love how it captures their personalities with Dinah smiling while Helena has a tough look on her face.
The preboot Birds of Prey that featured Barbara Gordon (Oracle), Dinah Lance (Black Canary) and Helena Bertinelli (Huntress) was the best. It was one of my favorite series. You could tell they were friends and you understood why they were a team. The new series is okay but it doesn't have good character development as the older series and I still don't really get why they are even part of a team.
If they were going to do a reboot without Barbara Gordon then why not just have Dinah and Helena B as the leaders of the Birds and then maybe they could of added other characters like: Vixen, Shayera Hol, Renee Montoya (The Question), Lady Blackhawk and Cass Cain (Black Bat) as the new birds instead of pairing Dinah up with all of those random bland and boring characters that are currently in new 52 BoP.
