Happy Sunday!!
I've been enjoying "The Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring" by J.R.R. Tolkien so much that I had to get all three DVDs so when I finish the book series, I can watch all the movies. I'm really loving this.
So far, I haven't gotten around to buying any new books but I know what's at the top of my to buy list: Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Search Part 1, Casual Vacancy, and Hawkeye Vol. #1.
There are a few books that I've added to my wish list recently: House of Secrets by Chris Columbus and Ned Vizzini, Goblin Secret by William Alexander, Ghoulish Song by William Alexander, and Steven King's N. by Marc Guggenheim. I'll post the descriptions this week.
I enjoy reading so many different things because for one I don't want to get bored reading the same thing. I have a friend who only reads romance novels. I commend her on reading one genre but I get bored really easily and reading one thing would just be too boring for me.
As for my comic books, I'm a little behind, so I will be going on Thursday to pick up a few books. I've also decided to cut a few books from my pull list as well. I have found the new 52 to be very unenjoyable and I don't feel like wasting any more time and money reading them. It's just disappointing to see so many of my favorite characters written so poorly.
Well, I'm off. I hope everyone had a lovely day.
