Ingredients:
½ head of green cabbage, thinly sliced
½ head of purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 clove of garlic
Juice of ½ of a lemon
5 mint leaves, julienned
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup white wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup parsley, chopped
½-1/4 teaspoon hot sauce of choice
Directions:
Combine the green and purple cabbage in a large bowl. To prepare the dressing, combine all of the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and toss.
Serves 6
