Comic Book Wednesday: 13 books on my To Read List

This seems like a pretty good list this time. I'm looking forward to reading part 3 of the Argo story from Smallville Season 11. Young Adventures continues to be a good series as well as Hawkeye. I thought the first issue of Superman Unchained was good, I hope the second issue will be good too.

Book: Batman: Arkham Unhinged #16

Description:

Best-selling author Karen Traviss takes the series in a new direction. Set before the start of the Arkham City videogame, “Welcome to the Slough of Despond” explores the political chaos that led to the construction of the new prison gulag and introduces a deadly villain known only as “The Bookbinder.”

Book: Young Avengers #7

Description:

Three months have passed for the Young Avengers. What have they been up to? Fun stuff, I'll bet. The sort of "stuff" that makes an excellent super hero comic. THIS IS TRUTH WITH A CAPITAL EVERYTHING.A very important breakfast. A new Young Avenger. A selection of emotions. Oh - I bet you thought we forgot about those Skrulls from issue 1. We haven't.

Book: Batman: Li'l Gotham #4

As Gotham City celebrates St. Patrick’s Day, all its banks are left with no gold under the rainbow. Provided with help, Batman and his crew round up the usual green goons…but no good deed goes unpunished. And in the second story, Batman and Robin can’t be late for this very important Easter date, as Mad Hatter terrorizes Gotham with egg-splosive fury.

Book: Green Lantern Corps #22

Book: The Fearless Defenders #6

Description:

Still guest staring most of the heroines in the Marvel Universe. Someone dies... Stock up on tissues. I know. You're still upset about issue 6. But stick with us for a status quo change so big we can't actually show you anything! Do not judge anyone's safety by this cover.

Book: Nightwing #22

Nightwing takes on Ghostwalker, and the Prankster finds a surprising ally!

Book: Superman Unchained #2

The technological terrorists called Ascension are growing bolder with every attack, creating problems only can solve—and that’s with help from the world’s greatest detective, Batman! But the mystery that’s really got them both worried is the unknown figure that’s been shadowing Superman! And in this issue’s backup tale, Jimmy Olsen takes center stage as Metropolis reacts to an event that’s shaken the city to its core!

Book: Katana #6

The sleeper hit of 2012 is now the can’t miss book of 2013 (and probably the overhyped book you’re sick of people talking about in 2014!) Reeling from the events of the last issue, even Hawkeye wants to know what his new status quo is. Who’s with him? Who’s against him? Who’s trying to kill him and why? So many dang questions! And just when Clint’s rock bottom couldn’t arrive fast enough… “Then Came Barney"
