Today marks not just J.K. Rowling's birthday but her character Harry Potter's as well.
The lighted dial of Dudley's watch, which was dangling over the edge of the sofa on his fat wrist, told Harry he'd be eleven in ten minutes' time.I love this because his life changed after those ten minutes. Harry would soon meet the first person that would bring about the change in his life, Rubeus Hagrid.
