Happy Fitness Monday,
Everyone seems so busy now, that fitness experts have had to come up with time crunch workouts. I recently found a 15 Minute Workout in one of my fitness magazines that works the upper and lower body. I decided to give it a try to see if it will give me a good workout. The only thing required is a pair of weights and that I should do the workout for two or three days per week.
I decided to go with the two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I should see results in about a month or two, if I stick with it which I plan to do.
From time to time, I'll keep you updated with my progress.
