Review:

In this second book, Oddly was still getting used to living in Fignation but her aunt made her feel a little better thanks to a spell she cast. From the spell Oddly got a chance to learn a little something more about her parents. Her aunt used one of Oddly's mom's old memories and it allowed Oddly to see two moments in her parents' life before she was born. Although her parents are still missing, looking at those memories made Oddly feel closer to them.

Book two also had Oddly hanging out with her new friends Ragnar, Reggie (Ragnar's brother) and Misty. Wanting to give her something special for her belated birthday, Ragnar gave Oddly a chance to find a one of a kind birthday gift.

The story ends on a cliffhanger with Oddly attending her first ever Nitro sporting event at school with her friends. They were also there to cheer on Reggie who was on the school team. It looks like it might be a tough games especially looking at their competition. Looking forward to reading the third book to see how everything turns out.

Comic books have become popular again and even more children want to read them. However, I found that there are not as many that are kid-friendly. Which is why I would like to recommend the Oddly Normal series to parents who maybe looking for a comic for their kids. Similar to book one, this has a fun and entertaining story with colorful illustrations and it's filled with magic and adorable monsters.
