Book Nerd Problems: Deciding What To Read Next

I can so relate to this, it's like that old saying "a closet full of clothes but nothing to wear". After I finish a book, I sometimes have an issue with what to read next. Although my To-Read List certainly does not have thousands of books on it (it's more like several hundred) but I still sometimes have that little bit of indecision when I'm trying to figure out the next book I want to read.

My indecision has nothing to do with wondering if the next book will be a good read or from sorting through leftover feelings from a book hangover (I never get those). Instead, it's more to do with what type of book or genre I want to read next such as a comic book, mystery, non-fiction, young adult, action-adventure, etc.?

And now that I'm nearly finished reading Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer, I guess I'll be asking myself that question again pretty soon. Do you sometimes have a hard time deciding what to read?
