Weekend Film: Ready Player One

Ready Player One looks interesting because with the world outside pretty much destroyed in the future, it looks like the best way to escape that dreary existence is to go into a virtual reality game. But from what I gathered from watching the trailer, it looks like Wade and the other players are looking to find the creator's money which would make the winner controller of the game.

Yeah, this looks really interesting and I'm definitely going to have to go to see this. And before I forget, this movie is based on the book Ready Player One by Ernest Cline. I haven't read it yet but it is sitting on my bookcase. For now on, if a movie is based on a book I'll include it the Weekend Film post.
