I have decided to try meditation again. When I tried it before, it was hard trying to sit still (I started to become restless) as well as I had a bunch of things running through my mind. But I want to try it again because even meditating for at least five minutes a day has many health benefits such as reducing stress levels.
I was thinking of meditating either in the morning before I start my day or at night before I go to bed. Either way, as long as I focus on my breathing (or even a mantra), it should make for a relaxing experience, well at least I hope it will.
I was wondering if any of you meditate and if it helps you to relax?
