It doesn't take much to get in an workout, 10-15 minute is good enough. Unless there is a medical issues there is no excuse why you can't workout. So instead of lounging around binge watching your favorite shows use some of that time to get in a little exercise.

Fitness Friday: Watching TV is a Great Time to Exercise
Full Disclosure sometimes I don't want to workout and I make excuses not to do it. But making excuses really won't get you anywhere near your fitness goals and on days when I'm feeling rather unmotivated I make sure to squeeze in a little exercise while I'm watching TV. During commercial breaks or with shows without them, I like to do squats, jumping jacks, lunges, stretches or other exercises whiles sometime using weights or resistance bands.
