Question of the Day: Do Non-Comic Book Fans' Questions About Characters Annoy or Interest You?

I know there are probably more non-comic book fans than they are comic book fans which is probably why I hear from so many CB fans that whenever they're watching comic book movies or TV shows their non-comic book friends and family tend to ask "who's that?" in regards to a character on screen.

I get the same question fairly often, I remember recently rewatching Avengers: Infinity War with two non-CB friends and they kept asking "who's that?" and at one point I thought there are 18 movies you could have watched that would have answered all of your questions. But since I didn't want to be rude I paused my movie and answered their numerous questions.

I usually don't have a problem answering comic book questions but watching a movie or TV show is not the time to start asking questions about who characters are. However, once a movie or TV episode is over, I will gladly answer any and all comic book related questions. I just don't want to be interrupted while watching something to answer questions.
