Weekend Films: Shazam! and Unicorn Store

I'm a little late posting this but there are two movies I want to see this weekend: Shazam! and Netflix's Unicorn Store. I can't believe we live in time with all of these amazing superhero movies, I really can't wait to see Shazam!. It really does look like it's going to be fun. Unicorn Store also looks fun but it definitely seems like it's going to be really quirky and whimsical as well.

Are you planning on watching both movies this weekend or are you going to watch something else?

Shazam!

Starring: Zachary Levi, Djimon Hounsou, Mark Strong, Jack Dylan Grazer, Asher Angel, Marta Milans, John Glover, Faithe Herman, Ian Chen and more

We all have a superhero inside of us -- it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In 14-year-old Billy Batson's case, all he needs to do is shout out one word to transform into the adult superhero Shazam. Still a kid at heart, Shazam revels in the new version of himself by doing what any other teen would do -- have fun while testing out his newfound powers. But he'll need to master them quickly before the evil Dr. Thaddeus Sivana can get his hands on Shazam's magical abilities.

Unicorn Store

Starring: Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Joan Cusack, Bradley Whitford, Mamoudou Athie, Hamish Linklater, Martha MacIsaac, Karan Soni and more

Director: Brie Larson
