Although, I'm a total beginner in regards to yoga, I love doing the moves and stretching out my body. I also love cooling down with deep breathing and mediation, it's a great way to relax. Even though I love yoga (and I don't do it as much as I like), I'm still not the best at it. I'm good with a lot of the beginner poses but it's ones that have to deal with balance that I really need to work on. For instance, with the Tree Pose, I'm great at holding the pose on one side but my balance is a little wobbly when I switch to the other leg. Which is why I'm going to keep working on my poses to improve my balance.
There are times when I'm scared to try a more intermediate pose or move but I give it a try anyway even if I don't do a good job with it. You know what I don't care, I just enjoy performing the moves and poses regardless. I figure it may take me a long time (if ever) before I reach the advance moves such as actress
Nathalie Emmanuel (who is also a certified yoga instructor) is doing in this picture below. However, even if I can't do a pose or a move, yoga is something I found that I really enjoy doing.
