Happy World Fitness Day!

Today is World Fitness Day and exercising not only keeps the body healthy but also reduces your stress level. I try to be active as much as possible and some of the things I like to do are:

- Dancing: It's a fun way to exercise, all you have to do is put on some music and move.

- Yoga and other Stretching Exercises: Even though I'm a yoga beginner, I really enjoy doing all the moves. It's also very relaxing.

- Walking: It's one of the easiest ways to workout.

- Lifting Weights: Since, I don't have a gym membership, I bought a few sets of weights to use while exercising.

- Fitness DVDs: I have two Jillian Michaels DVDs that I like to rotate (she gives you a tough workout), Shaun T Cize (it's cardio dance), Zumba (which is more cardio dance) and I recently bought two more that I found on clearance.
