Fitness Monday: 10 Minutes of Nature to Reduce Stress

I've seen countless times where it's been stated that studies have shown that being outside for at least 10 minutes three times a week can significantly reduce stress levels. Some days when I'm stressing out or exhausted, I've been trying to make sure I go outside even if I'm just sitting there taking a few deep breaths.

I guess those studies are right because after dealing with everyday stresses and life in general, it really does feel good being outside. It's like meditation but without actually having to do it. So if you can, try to go outside for a few minutes whenever possible.
