I know it's easier said than done especially since we're all tired and have so many things to do but procrastinating only seems to add more stress to our lives. So, try not to procrastinate and just do whatever thing you're avoiding or putting off. The sooner you'll complete your task, that's one less thing you have to deal with. So if the trash needs to go out, take it out as soon as possible. If you need to keep track of your tasks, create a To-Do list. Then cross out you task whenever you have completed or finished them.
