I recall reading that "stretching is one of the most important things that we can do for our bodies". Which is why it's an essential part of my daily routine. I try to stretch throughout the day for a few minutes especially if I've been sitting for a long time. I also like to stretch before I go to bed, it helps me to relax and unwind as I release any stress and tension from the day.
As good as stretching is, I try not to over do it. Because overstretching could lead to an injury and I certainly don't want that to happen. So a little daily stretching is good, just don't over do it.
