Chimney: Yeah, we're all fine, but I'm hoping you can help me cut through some red tape. We keep pulling Level Ones out of the water and we have no place to send 'em.
Maddie: We're sending victims to every dry hospital we can find. We have a system in place.
Chimney: Well, whoever's in charge of that system is doing a terrible job.
Maddie: That would be me.

I love this scene. Chimney probably had no idea he was insulting Maddie when he was talking about the rescue system that 9-1-1 had in place after the tsunami. But he totally did. However, he did try to sneak in a quick save.
