I was on the fence about watching Matlock since it's yet another reboot. However, the trailer does make the show seem interesting. My only issue is that since it looks completely different from the original show, I wish it was called something else instead of Matlock. It seems like a good show that can stand on it's own without having a connection to an existing show. Anyway, I look forward to watching it.
As for the second show, Rescue: Hi-Surf, I have been waiting to watch this show ever since it was announced. It just looks like a fun and interesting show about lifeguards doing amazing rescues and dealing with their personal lives.
Since both shows are on at the same time (tonight only), I just need to figure out with one to watch and which one to tape and watch later. Rescue: Hi-Surf will also air the new second episode tomorrow on its regular night and time.
