When it was announced that The Mandalorian was getting a movie instead of a fourth season, I was disappointed because with a show you can get more in depth with the story in comparison to a movie. But looking at the trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu, it seems like the movie is going to have an interesting story. Grogu really seemed to be taking to his training and in the long run he's going to be a very good Mandalorian Jedi.
I'm not sure if the end of the third season will tie into this movie or not. It's been a while since I've watched it, so I don't remember as much as I thought I did. Which is why I'll rewatch the third season before I go an see this. And since this movie isn't released until Friday, May 22nd, I have plenty of time to rewatch it.
I have been waiting for The Mandalorian to return, it's one of the most consistently well-made shows. And I hope the third season which premieres on Wednesday, March 1st will be just as amazing as the first two seasons. I feel like Din is such an underrated main character, he's very self-aware which is a good thing when at times he's not sure what he's doing. I love little Grogu, I'm so happy to see the little baby in the trailer and it looks like that bit of training is helping him better control the Force. I can not wait to see this.

To brighten everyone's day here is a LEGO Star Wars short of The Child. This is such a cute video and showing The Child's delight of the snow and Din's love for his adorable child.
Sometimes, I think about how the Disney executives had no idea The Child would become so popular and instantly loved by fans. To me the reaction from fans, felt real and truly unexpected and it became a craze all on it's own without any help from Disney's marketing. However, since then, it's been nonstop promotion and merchandising for The Child. I believe it has more merchandise than Din Djarin (The Mandalorian) himself. It's hard not to admit that The Child is a fun and interesting addition to the world of Star Wars.
