Book Review: Drones

Book: Drones (issues #1-5) by Chris Lewis with illustrations by Bruno Oliveira

Source: Borrowed from Publisher/NetGalley for an honest review

Publication: Available now

Description:

Join pilots Stinger and Angel Eyes for a wild night in Las Vegas' finest terrorism-themed hotel. Collecting all five issues of the hit miniseries, this book is a satirical look at a world in which terror and entertainment have begun to blur.

Rating: 1 star (Did Not Finish)

Review:

This was so boring. I couldn't even bother to even finish reading it. I found it to be very confusing as the story follows two military drone technicians/pilots Stinger and Angel Eyes as they operate in Las Vegas. The two some how get caught up in some kind of trouble/conspiracy centering around a terrorism-themed hotel.

The description stated that this was supposed to be a satirical look at how terror and entertainment has begun to blur well, this book wasn't funny it was just boring and confusing. There was no plot, the art was bad and the characters were easily forgotten.
