I really hope it's just the rumor mill on overload and not Grant Morrison and DC Comics planning on killing off Damian Wayne in next weeks Batman Inc. #8. The future covers for Batman & Robin and Batman Inc. will not be featuring the youngest Robin. As well as other Batfamily books dealing with the fallout of what happens in Batman Inc. #8.
Damian is the only interesting Batfamily character in the New 52. The little guy is way too much fun to just do away with. The other rumor swirling is, the new character Harper Row will be taking over as the new Robin. DC Comics have been trying to hype up this character for quite some time now.
Why create a new female character when you have two you've shelved? Yeah, remember Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain. From the limited time they have shown Miss Row, I have found nothing remotely interesting in her. Especially for her to garner all this attention.
Again, I just hope it just a horrible rumor and not the end to one of my favorite little characters.
