Review:
This isn't the type of comic book I would usually read but since I was also invited to read this as well as it was chosen by one of my Goodreads book clubs for the May book of the month. I figured it I would give this a chance.
First off, this is not for kids at all (due to the nature of the book) and Second, don't let the title scare you off, it was surprisingly good. It's funny and well-written. The characters were kooky yet interesting.
The story follows Suzanne and Jonathan as they find out at a young age that they can stop time through sex. But it wasn't until they found each other later on that they realized they were not the only ones in the world who could stop time.
Suzanne works at a library which has fallen on hard times with the bank trying to foreclose on it. To help save the library, Jon who works at the bank (but hates his job) came up with a plan to rob the bank then give it back to them as payment.
But of course, there plan wasn't going to go as scheduled. They found themselves being chased by a mysterious lady who claims she's from the sex police.
This was just a crazy kooky comic book that I found to be brilliant.
