Fans of the 1960's Batman TV series, the IFC channel has a nice treat for us, they will be showing a 22 episode marathon of the series starting at 6:00 a.m. EST (check your local listing for time).
Not to be just content with the marathon, the show will be a regular part of the line up so check your local listing for the time.
So, that means we can see all the crazy, wacky, goofy and cheesiness yet ingenious that was Batman. Despite all of that zany stuff, Adam West portrayed a Batman that was smart, resourceful as well as being a good detective. And Burt Ward brought the enthusiasm and energy as the sidekick Robin.
I can't wait for this marathon.
Side note: The series is finally being released to DVD and Blu-ray this November.
