I recently bought this red wine and although I'm a novice when it comes to wine, I've been trying to learn more about it. A friend who knows a little more about it than I do recommended this Girl & Dragon red wine to me. I wonder if it was because of the geek chic name and label.
I haven't tried this yet but according to the fact sheet, it's a fierce red wine with bright berry flavors and a soft, lush texture and goes best with: paella, grilled meats and hearty stews.
When I do sample this, I'll let you know what I think of it.
