This picture shows quite a few areas in Peter's life: Spider-Man suit (hero), camera (job), framed photo of Mary Jane (love), and the books on the floor (school).
It also looks as if Peter is thinking about a huge mistake he made as Spider-Man or simply just wondering if he has the money to pay his rent? Either way this is a very good picture because the artist included so many little details.
