With summer approaching really fast doesn't it seem like wherever you go someone is exercising, be it riding bikes to taking the dog for a walk. Every little bit counts, that's why for the past 18 days I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge. I might not always be able to squeeze in time to exercise but at least I'm able to do the challenge.
