365 Days of Books of Interest: Day #71: Double Down (Lois Lane)

Sorry for posting this a little late, busy day which also included going to the comic book store where I met two writers. I will post all about that tomorrow.

I can not wait for this book Double Down to come out. Lois Lane is one of my favorite characters and I love that she has a book series. In the current run of the Superman comics, you get a very poorly written portrayal of Lois. However, I found Gwenda Bond has written a fantastic version.

If you haven't picked up the first book Fallout please do. Besides the hardcover edition, the paperback is now available. And anyone looking for a good deal, the digital version is currently on sale for $1.99. So now you have three ways to read the first book before the second one is released.

Book: Double Down (Lois Lane book #2) by Gwenda Bond

Publication: May 1, 2016

Description:

Lois Lane has settled in to her new school. She has friends, for maybe the first time in her life. She has a job that challenges her. And her friendship is growing with SmallvilleGuy, her online maybe-more-than-a-friend. But when her friend Maddy's twin collapses in a part of town she never should've been in, Lois finds herself embroiled in a  dangerous mystery that brings her closer to the dirty underbelly of Metropolis.
