I decided to add the category LGBTQ (which stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgendered and Questioning) to the Categories/Genres section. I would have included this category sooner but it annoyed me that books are labeled LGBTQ only because the characters are. Think about it, we don't label books Straight because those character are but we do for LGBTQ books.
I generally label books in basic categories such as Action/Adventure, Sci-Fi, Nonfiction, Mystery, etc. which is where I place any book regardless of the characters sexuality or how they identify themselves.
The only reason I'm adding the category now is that I do read books that are LGBTQ and I want to make it easier for readers who visit my blog to find the books they are looking for.
