Oh, I wish this would happen and these two would meet in the movieverse. But unfortunately 20th Century Fox has the rights to the X-Men while Marvel has the rights to Black Panther. And unlike the deal to get Spider-Man for Captain America: Civil War, I doubt there will be a deal to get Storm for the upcoming Black Panther movie. However, if it some how happened that would be so cool.
