Tim Drake's Teen Titans, will they be in the DC Comics Rebirth?

For the time being, I think DC Comics is doing a great job with Rebirth and they can finally start to distance themselves from the terrible mistake in which they created with the New 52 reboot. However, something has been bothering me about the Rebirth, it's mainly to do with the lack of information about Conner Kent (Superboy), Cassandra Sandsmark (Wonder Girl) and Bart Allen (Kid Flash). Will they return or are they going to be shelved for the time being?

I find it interesting that there will be two different versions of the Teen Titans in Rebirth featured in two different series: Titans (Nightwing, Donna Troy, Garth, Arsenal, Lilith and Flash (Wally West)) and Teen Titans (Robin (Damian Wayne), Starfire, Beast Boy, Raven and Kid Flash (Wally West)). However, I'm disappointed that the pre-New 52 Teen Titans team of Conner, Cassie, Bart and Tim are no where to be seen. Tim Drake (Red Robin) can currently be found in Detective Comics but I find it weird that none of his friends and team mates are in Rebirth.

I wonder if the poor reception to the New 52 version of the Teen Titans is factoring in on those characters missing so far in Rebirth. I know that many fans did not like the New 52 Teen Titans series, it was eventually cancelled. DC Comics did attempt a sort of second rebooted version but this series has continued to receive mixed reviews from readers. This most current run of the Teen Titans (Red Robin, Wonder Girl, Bunker, Raven, Power Girl and Beast Boy) however will soon come to an end with the last issue #24 scheduled to be released on September 14th.

Teen Titans issue #22

As of now, DC Comics has released no statement about what will happen to the current Teen Titans series or if a third Teen Titans series featuring: Tim, Cassie, Conner and Bart will be created?

If it's possible would you want a third Teen Titans series consisting of Red Robin, Superboy, Wonder Girl and Kid Flash? I would be very interested to know what you think.

For my answer, I would love to see those four in a series again along with Bunker, Power Girl, Static, Aquagirl (Lorena Marquez), Ravager, Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes), Miss Martian and few more characters but hopefully with a better writer.

Did they say why Damian is in Teen Titans and not Tim?

Thank you for commenting.

I haven't seen any statement from DC Comics as to why they decided to go with Damian as leader of the Teen Titans. I get a sense that he's who they want to promote at the moment as they silently push Tim to the sidelines.

It's not as if this is the only series Damian is going to be in for Rebirth. He's also going to in the series, Super Son which will also include Lois and Clark's son, Jonathan.

I like Damian he's a great little character but I also like Tim Drake and would like to see character get more attention.
