Fashion Meets Comics: Becky Botsford (WordGirl)

When you're a superhero like WordGirl it can be tough pretending to be a mild-mannered average girl. However, Becky Botsford's wardrobe of a V-neck green sweater and burgundy skirt helps her keep a low profile.

I selected Becky for this edition of Fashion Meets Comics because her signature style is a classic and preppy look that's easy to put together. But it's also a look that's very versatile that you can dress up or down depending on how you style it.

To put together a Becky inspired look, I ended up choosing two different green sweaters. The first is a classic V-neck while the other is more casual cool but I think they would both go easily with the burgundy pencil skirt. I figure we may not be a superhero but we can all look super with this outfit.
