Book of Interest: The Total Me-Tox

I'm trying to get back to being healthy again and I found this book The Total Me-Tox that looks interesting. I already successfully completed my 30 day healthy snack challenge. It was hard because I do love chips but I noticed before I started the challenge that I was eat far too many of them.

I've always been really good with exercising and eating healthy but sometimes you slack up a bit which is why I'm thinking about buying this. The descriptions makes it seem like the book has an easygoing approach to getting healthy.

Book: The Total Me-Tox: How to Ditch Your Diet, Move Your Body & Love Your Life by Beth Behrs with Wendy Shanker
