Fashion Meets Comics: Brenda Inspired Outfit (The Maze Runner)

I don't know anything about The Maze Runner book version of Brenda (I still haven't read the books) but in the movies she's scrappy and resourceful. It's all about survival for her with fashion being a low priority. Despite devastating living conditions, she has cultivated a cozy survivalist look. I love that it's the end of the world and she still somehow found cozy sweaters and tops.

Instead of trying to duplicate an outfit from the movies, I created one that's inspired by the character. For this look, I found a cute and sturdy jacket that has lots of pockets and paired with a cozy sweater, jeggings and boots. In the movies, Brenda used a backpack but I switched that for a satchel bag. I think it still has that survivalist feel while still being chic.
