DVD Tuesday: Fahrenheit 451 and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

I didn't watch the latest adaptation of Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 when it originally aired on HBO and that's because I have not read the book. Yeah, I know, I can't believe I haven't read this classic yet. However, I did recently buy it from the bookstore along with Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn. I'm planning to read both as soon as I can so that I can watch both adaptations.

As for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom who doesn't love dinosaurs, I really want to see this movie. I thought the first Jurassic World movie was okay. I'm hoping this is as good as I keep hearing it is.

Fahrenheit 451

In a future society where books are banned and burned, a fireman begins to read in secret and discovers an underground rebellion committed to protecting literature.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom

Four years after the Jurassic World theme park was closed down, Owen and Claire return to Isla Nublar to save the dinosaurs when they learn that a once dormant volcano on the island is active and is threatening to extinguish all life there. Along the way, Owen sets out to find Blue, his lead raptor, and discovers a conspiracy that could disrupt the natural order of the entire planet.
