I know I've mentioned this before but why doesn't Poison Ivy have an ongoing comic book series? It bears repeating because this is a character that has been around for 52 years yet has never had a comic book series.
Dr. Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy) is a popular character who has been featured in various comics from Batman to DC Super Hero Girls and movies and TV series such as: Batman: The Animated Series, Gotham, Batman & Robin and more. I don't understand why DC Comics has yet to give her a comic book series. What I like about the character is that she has evolved from being a villain to being an anti-hero in the main comics while in the DC Super Hero Girls books she's a hero.
Ivy is such a fascinating character, I can only imagine all the interesting stories that could be written about her in an ongoing series. But so far DC Comics has yet to announce a series for her. I guess until then, fans will just have to keep pushing for it.
What do you think, should Poison Ivy have a comic book series?
