Fashion Meets Comics: Anissa Pierce (Black Lightning)

I love watching Black Lightning, it's currently in its second season on The CW and I think the show is so underrated. I really wish more people were watching because it really is a great show.

In the first season episode "Lawanda: Book of Burial", Anissa Pierce was trying to figure out her powers and was testing her abilities by training in a junk yard. While training she wore this really cute all black outfit: a long sleeve top, hooded sleeveless vest and moto leggings.

This is a great outfit to be stealthy in and the junk yard is a great place for training. Because any loud noises she makes by kicking and punching old appliances and scrap metal is not going to alert anyone that something unusual is going on. There are probably loud noises and things falling over all the time at a junk yard.

I like this outfit and thought it would make a great Fashion Meets Comics post. The look I created isn't exact because although I included a vest, it's not hooded nor are the leggings moto style. But it still has the same stealthy look. You can complete this look by pairing it with combat boots (like Anissa is wearing) or with gym shoes.
