DVD Tuesday: Hobbs & Shaw, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark and The Kitchen

It's DVD Tuesday, what movies or TV shows are you getting? I want to get these three: Hobbs & Shaw, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark and The Kitchen.

Hobbs & Shaw looks insane but I want to see it. I'm still not sure why Jason Shaw gets to be a hero in especially since did a lot of terrible things including killing Han. Maybe this will be addressed in the movie. As for Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, I love scary movies and I really want to see it. I didn't realize it was based on books by Alvin Schwartz. However, I did know The Kitchen was based on a DC Comics (Vertigo Comics) comic book miniseries which I haven't read but I want to.

Anyway, these are the movies I want to get.

Hobbs & Shaw

Description:

Officer Luke Hobbs strives to uphold justice in every facet of his life. When a genetically altered cyber villain begins to endanger innocent citizens, Hobbs partners with rebel Deckard Shaw to protect those they love.

Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark

Description:

Set in small town 1960s America, a mansion on the outskirts of town contains a terrible secret. It was home to a young girl named Sarah, who while locked away, wrote a book of scary stories. The haunted book has now been discovered by some teenagers, unlocking untold horrors that force them to face their own fears.

The Kitchen

Between 8th Ave. and the Hudson River, the Irish mafia runs 20 blocks of a tough New York City neighborhood known as Hell's Kitchen. But for mob wives Kathy, Ruby and Claire, things are about to take a dramatic and radical turn. When the FBI sends their husbands to prison, the three women take business into their own hands by running the rackets and taking out the competition.
