Update for Reading Before Bed Challenge

Happy Sunday Bookworms!

I was checking to see how you guys were doing with the Reading Before Bed challenge?

So far, I've been doing really well with this challenge with fourteen days and counting. Although I set my personal goal for 30 days, I'm thinking of continuing it but I'll see how I feel after I reach my goal.

I love this challenge because it give you a chance to wind down and relax at the end of the day before going to bed. I like to make it as relaxing as possible and layer up on the sofa with a warm blanket while drinking a warm cup of tea. I take my time reading and simply enjoying these few minutes of relaxation. It's like the day's stress and anxiety just melts away while I read through a few pages of my book.

Since I don't have kids, I know it's probably easier for me to find time to read before bed. I was wondering for those who do have children, do you read before bed before or after you've read to your kids?

This is a fun and easygoing challenge and I want to send out good luck to anyone who's continuing with it.
