Lazy Sunday: Listen to Music

Looking for a fun and easy way to relax, try listening to music. Studies have shown that music can lower stress levels and boost your mood. It may even help to alleviate or reduce depression. So make time to listen to music whenever you can.

We all love listening to our favorite music but why not try something new (or old) by a singer, band or  soundtrack you've never listen to before. At least once a month, pick something different it will help expand your taste of music. My favorite genre is soundtracks (preferably orchestral) but I do try to find different genres to listen to. 

Something else you could do is play some music while your reading, it may enhance your reading experience. Just make sure not to listen to anything that could be too distracting you still want to enjoy the story.

If you share your space, you might want to wear headphones so as not to disturb others.
