Hiatus Watch: Three shows I'm watching in June

I love hiatus season, there's not a lot of new shows airing which means it's the perfect time to catch up on shows that I've gotten behind on, shows that I haven't seen or shows I want to rewatch. Aside from watching the Obi-Wan Kenobi miniseries and a few other shows, here are three shows that I'm going to watch this month:

Chicago Fire season 1 (NBC)

I bought the first season of Chicago Fire on DVD late last year and I watched the first two episodes and I really liked them. But for some reason, I never got around to watching the rest of the first season. Which is why during hiatus season, I'll watching this and maybe even get around to watching second season as well.

Creators: Michael Brandt and Derek Haas

Description:

The story of firefighters and paramedics in the city of Chicago, both on a personal and professional level.

Heartstopper season 1 (Netflix)

I usually like to read the books before watching an adaptation but I don't know when I'll get around to not only buying the Heartstopper books but reading them as well. Which is why for now, I'm simply going to watch the first season of the show which has recently been renewed.

Description:

Teens Charlie and Nick discover their unlikely friendship might be something more as they navigate school and young love in this coming-of-age series.

The Witcher season 2 (Netflix)

I really loved watching the first season of The Witcher and I couldn't wait to watch the second season but I never got around to it. So, I'll catch up on the show this month.
