Quote: Paul Strickland

When I look back at the 9-1-1: Lone Star episode The New Hot Mess (season 4 episode 2), I was wondering when the 126 were trying to rescue the woman who was trapped in her mobile house that her husband had hitched up and taken away, if that was the start of the scam? Because I was thinking about what Paul said about how did the lady sleep through the whole thing?

Was she planning to scam for a new home or did the couple supposedly reconcile then came up with the idea for the scam. Either way it resulted in firefighter Marjan Marwani quitting a job she loved in the episode Human Resources (season 4 episode 5) because the Austin Fire Department decided to throw her to the wolves in order to avoid the lawsuit the couple was planning to file. The couple wanted Marjani to post an apology video to her social media account that has 5.2 million followers to scam money from her followers with their GoFundMe page. She posted a video to her social media account but it wasn't what the Fire Department or the scamming couple wanted.

Yo, so how does somebody hitch up your whole house with you inside and drive off and you sleep through the whole thing?
